Mission
The mission of the Atlanta Relationship Institute is to promote healthy relational systems and increased fulfillment in family, business, and personal life. We advocate for increased love, connection, and attunement through mutually beneficial relationships, personal growth, and healing.
Purpose
Our core purpose is to help you fall in love with your life! Do you have a healthy relationship with yourself? Can you regulate your emotions? How is your relationship with food, sex, and money? Do you have the skill set to develop and maintain meaningful, fulfilling relationships?
Values
ARI’s core values are intentionally, wellness, and connection.
- Aligning our intentions, we build upon your strengths for greater growth and healing.
- Using positive psychology and mindfulness practices, we promote wellness and good self-care for holistic healing of body, mind & spirit.
- How do you cultivate love and connection? What can you do about troubled or toxic relationships? Finding answers to these complexities elevates relationship and life satisfaction, and helps us live more whole-heartedly.
