Bilingual / Individual Therapist Intern
Ashley is devoted to helping her clients heal. She helps them to alleviate emotional pain and increase awareness of their feelings and patterns. She works with couples, families, and individuals ages 13 and up. Ashley is bilingual (English and Spanish) and is an advocate for mental health equality in the immigrant population. She uses Trauma-Focused CBT, Mindfulness, and DBT to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Ashley is enrolled in a Master’s Program in Social Work focusing on the Trauma-Informed and Human Rights approach at the University at Buffalo. She works under the supervision of Jenni Kuck.
