Cristina creates a therapy environment in which humility, open dialogue, and empathy prevail. She works with clients ages 16 and up to treat depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts & ideation, anger & explosiveness, and self-harm behaviors. Her approach uses cognitive behavioral (CBT) and dialectical behavioral (DBT) strategies. As a Certified Anger Management Specialist, she offers individual and group treatments, guiding her clients to learn and practice new strategies for healthy emotional regulation. She is a devoted advocate for the Hispanic community’s equal access to mental health services. She offers therapy in English and Spanish, providing a safe space to process relational and cultural concerns. Cristina works under the supervision of Jenni Kuck.
Credentials: Master’s in Clinical Mental Health, Associate Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Certified Anger Management Specialist.
