
Bilingual Family Therapist / LCSW
Josefina is gifted at empowering her clients by pulling from their strengths. Her approach to therapy is positive and goal oriented, developing small tangible tasks towards desired outcomes. Josefina works with couples, families, and individuals from the age of 12 and up, specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief/bereavement, trauma, and relational issues. She has three years of social work experience in the public school system. With over 13 years of case management / bereavement counseling experience, and 15 years of social work experience related to geriatric and end-of-life care, Josefina understands the development of progressive disease and the impact for individuals and families. She provides services in English and Spanish.
Credentials: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
